The front door is right in the heart of a large veranda which used a a transit passway and shared with an other flat.Then you arrive in the proper appartment inside a very large, fully equipped American kitchen and dining area. As we enter the apartment we immediately sense an ultimate freshness, as everything is painted white in a minimalist style and occasional colors used to make the place cozy and welcoming. From the kitchen/dining area there is door leading to one of the bedrooms, with king size bed,which has its own bathroom/toilet and it is overlooking the courtyard. where air-conditioning assures cool nights during summer time. A smart/full HD TV with many international channels, 43 inch is on the wall facing the bed. From the dining area split level leads to the living room with two giant sound-proof, double-glazing windows and additional wooden shutters, which protect the apartment from street noise. The living room has a very comfortable, light green velvet sofa, a deep red Chinese commode, a flat large SonyTV with internatinal cable channels, an ornamental piano and an impressive sliding door separating the room from the guest bedroom which has a queen size bed and another private bathroom/toilet. The apartment has the capacity to accommodate 4 persons. It has newly installed central heating system with digital heat-control, laundry facilities, washing machines, dryers. You will always have fresh bed linen, and towels, The apartment is taken care of by a French photographer living in Budapest, who knows not only the stylish places, but many hidden treasures in the city. Upon request, he will be happy to provide you with a list of excellent cafes, bars, restaurants and other useful information on site-seeing at check-in. The famous Andrassy avenue with luxury stores and high-end restaurants and Nagymezo Street with its cafes and theaters are less than 500 feet away. There are many small grocery shops around. It is so central, you do not need any transportation, everything is in a walking distance … the historic part of the river Danube or the famous Saint Stephen’s Basilica, surrounded with cafes, bars and restaurants, well-known for its traditional charm, authenticity with the youthful and trendy vibrant lifestyle. Not too far from the apartment there is huge park, Varosliget, nesting the opulent Szechenyi bath’s indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Budapest is famous of its thermal baths, such as Rudas and Gellert at the Buda side and they are a “must-visit”. if you arrive in the flat between 9pm and midnight there is 15 euro)to give to the person who will welcome you, .
